Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the World Cup 2026 prediction contest by BCP Bank (Mauritius) Ltd. By registering an account on the World Cup 2026 Prediction Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This prediction contest is brought to you by BCP Bank (Mauritius) Ltd (referred to as "the Bank") in partnership with Diizz Ltd ("Diizz") who operates the Platform.

• By Invitation Only: Participation in this prediction game is open only to selected corporate clients (and their employees) of BCP Bank (Mauritius) Ltd who receive an official invitation link from the Bank.
• Work Email Restriction: To successfully register and activate an account, participants must use their official corporate/work email address. Registration using personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) will be automatically rejected or disqualified.
• Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• No Transferability: The invitation link is unique to the recipient and cannot be shared, forwarded, or assigned to any third party outside the designated organization.

• The Platform: The Bank disclaims any responsibility and/or liability, whether direct or indirect for the prediction mechanism, scoring system, and leaderboard which are solely within the control of Diizz.
• Deadlines: All match predictions must be locked in before the specific deadlines displayed on the Platform (typically before kickoff of each respective match). Neither the Bank nor Diizz shall be liable for missed predictions due to network lag or technical delays.
• Fair Play: Any user suspected of attempting to manipulate the Platform, reverse-engineer the scoring matrix, or create multiple profiles using different corporate aliases shall be banned immediately without prior notice.

• If you find the exact score, you get 10 points.
• If you predict the winning team but not the right score, you win 6 points.
• If you have not found the correct outcome, you do not score any points.

• Conclusion of the Tournament: Prizes will be distributed exclusively at the end of the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament (the "end of the World Cup").
• Winner Validation: Winners will be determined strictly based on the final leaderboard tallies calculated by Diizz. In the event of a tie, the Platform's pre-determined tie-breaking criteria will apply.
• Prize Terms:
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, or alternative Bank credits, services or facilities.
  • The Bank reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  • Winners will be notified directly via their registered work email address. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) business days of the date of the notification, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the prize or award it to the next eligible runner-up.

Both BCP Bank (Mauritius) and Diizz Ltd act as joint Data Controllers/Processors in accordance with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 (DPA).

• Collected Data: For this tournament, we collect your personal data limited to: your name; work email address; company name; and your game prediction choices.
• Purpose of Processing: Your data is collected purely to administer the game, manage the leaderboard, verify eligibility, and coordinate prize delivery.
• Data Sharing: The Bank shares the necessary registration data with Diizz purely for the functional operation of the platform. Diizz is contractually bound to safeguard this data and is strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, or using it for independent marketing purposes.
• Data Retention: All personal data, profiles, and prediction histories collected specifically for this World Cup 2026 event will be permanently deleted from Diizz's active databases within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the tournament, unless retention is otherwise required by legal or regulatory frameworks.
• Your Rights: Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data. Withdrawing consent or requesting data deletion during the tournament will result in automatic withdrawal from the game and forfeiture of potential prizes.

• Technical Disruptions: The Bank disclaims any responsibility and/or liability, whether direct or indirect for any technical failures, platform downtime, server crashes, internet connectivity issues, or corrupted data transmissions that prevent a player from entering or updating a prediction.
• Third-Party Events: The Bank disclaims any responsibility and/or liability, whether direct or indirect for any schedule changes, cancellations, or disruptions to the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament itself.

• The Bank reserves the right to amend at its sole discretion these Terms at any point in time prior to and during the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament.
• The Bank also reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, terminate the prediction contest at any point in time prior to and during the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament.
• The Bank disclaims any responsibility and/or liability, whether direct or indirect if ever Diizz amends, suspends, or terminates the prediction platform at any time if technical, legal, or fraudulent issues compromise the integrity of the game.

• These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from participation in this campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
